1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Friknet Ltd ("Friknetwork"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Friknetwork provides satellite internet connectivity services across Rwanda, including but not limited to Local Priority, Global Priority, ISP Solutions, and equipment provisioning. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and subscription plan.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Payment Terms

Enterprise clients benefit from post-consumption billing with invoicing 30 days after the usage period. Payment is due within the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Service Level Agreement

Friknetwork strives to maintain 99.9% network uptime. Specific SLA terms are detailed in individual service agreements. Service credits may be issued for qualifying downtime events as specified in your contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

Friknet Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
